This Hand C cleat bender is a hand tool that does not require any setup or adjustment. It can be machined into a C-bone at the edge of a square duct in just a few seconds. It has two operating handles and the upper handle is used to shape it. C bone, the lower handle can be easily removed after the handle is opened.
